Born on May 22, 1933, Mark lived a long life marked by steadfast faith, quiet honesty, and a kind-hearted presence that offered comfort and steadiness to those around him. A resident of Santa Monica, California, he was widely respected for the wisdom he shared and the integrity with which he lived.
Mark was a truly gifted academic. He earned his Bachelor's at Taiwan National University, he then went on to Japan and earned his Master's in accounting at Meiji University in Tokyo.
He carried a spirit full of joy and creativity, often filling a room with the warm, lively sound of his harmonica. He also found meaning in preserving life’s precious moments, capturing them thoughtfully behind a camera lens with the same care and attentiveness he brought to the people he loved.

Through vision, hard work, and steady perseverance, he developed numerous properties across both Taipei and Santa Monica—bridging two worlds and creating something enduring in each. He earned both is contractor's license and Real estate broker license, achievements that reflected not only skill and discipline, but also the reliability and principled approach for which he was known.
