Bill, born on July 26, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on January 17, 2016 in Arroyo Grande, California. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Harold W. Lisy and Marie Rose Opeil. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Judy Ann Lisy, his children, William Lisy (Leah), Jeffery Lisy (Alex), Christy McCreary (Brent), his grandchildren, Julia, Evan and Seth McCreary, Violet ,Tallon,Jonny and Ben Lisy, Kelsi McClanahan; and his sisters, Lois Ganley (Thomas) and Jackie Conn. Family and friends are invited to a wake on Saturday, January 23, from 4pm-8pm at Baywood Park Community Church with a Graveside service to follow on Sunday, January 24, at 1pm at Los Osos Valley Memorial Park.
