Addisynn Elaine Carver Seay, 1 year old daughter of Michael and Summer Seay passed from this life to her heavenly home on Sunday May 16, 2021. She was born on July 18, 2019 in Louisville and was the brightest sunflower that ever bloomed. She was preceded in death by a cousin, Zaedyn Malpica and an aunt, Tina Hess. In addition to her parents left to cherish here memory are her sisters, Arabella, Iszabella, and Haisliey Seay; her grandmother, Sherry Souders; uncles, Chris and Zachary Seay, and Justin Patterson; and an aunt Amber (Nini) Souders. A service to celebrate Addisynn’s life will be held at 1 pm Friday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Thursday and after 10 am on Friday.
