He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Pennington and his grandmother, Deborah Embry.
Andrew is survived by his father, Todd (Bethany) Pennington, mother, Renee Pennington, sister, Jackie (Luke) Hamlin, brother, Aaron Pennington and his grandparents; Deborah Pennington, Brenda Chester and Odis Embry. He will be missed by many family and friends.
His funeral service will be at 10 am on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY. Visitation will be Friday, February 5, 2016 from 2-8pm.
