She worked in retail until her retirement. She is the wife of the late Samuel Kirkpatrick and preceded in death by her parents and five siblings.
Anna is survived by her children; a daughter, Lesha Ward, a son, Tony Bowles and his spouse Ruth, a step-son, Shay Kirkpatrick and his spouse Jonna. Grandchildren; Tiffany Trevino, Ella Bowles, Will Bowles and a great grandchild, Desmond Uber. She is survived by her two brothers, Ronnie Shaw and Carlie Shaw and spouse Nedia. She's also survived by Richard Bowles, Lesha and Tony's father.
A visitation for Anna will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. An interment will occur Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Sellersburg Cemetery, Sellersburg, Indiana.
