Anthony Wayne Browner

Tony was born on October 28, 1963, in Louisville, Kentucky, where he was raised and spent his life. He graduated from Butler Traditional High School in 1982.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Browner and Marian Browner.

Tony is survived by his children: Stephen Browner, Isabella Brown (Jumaanee Brown), and Nathan Browner (Sidney Browner). As well as his sister: Karla Browner.

Tony worked for many years as a mechanic at Cross Pontiac, later worked with Greg Allen Home Improvement, and eventually retired from GE. He took pride in his work and was known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others.

In his free time, Tony enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing, especially when it meant being outdoors or spending time with others. He had a deep passion for cars and was a devoted Kentucky sports fan, always ready to talk about the Cats.

Those who knew Tony will remember him for his incredible sense of humor and his ability to talk with anyone for hours. He would do anything for the people he cared about and never hesitated to show up when it mattered most. His laughter, stories, and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday Feb 8th from 12-4 pm at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd.
