April Lynn Parsons

April was a mother of three. She graduated from National College with a Bachelor’s degree. She enjoyed all outdoor activities, fishing, gardening, horses, and owls. She also liked to draw, play piano, and sing karaoke. She liked to be surrounded by family gatherings and cookouts with a lot of laughter and love.

April was preceded in death by her parents, Gary Parsons and Toni Decker; a brother, Adam Parsons; and a niece, Elizabeth Parsons.

She is survived by her three children, Amanda Stanford, Ali Aldapessi and River Aldapessi; her three siblings, Lola Stein, Amy Zheng, and Benjamin Parsons; her 4 nieces, Molly Cobb, Liva Emerson, Emily Amos and Natalie Parsons; and two nephews, Bryan and Andrew Zheng. She was also loved and cherished by her extended family and friends.

April will be remembered for her sense of humor, her big heart full of compassion, and her unconditional love for her family. She will never be forgotten and will forever be in people's hearts and memories.

Funeral services will be held on Friday August 22, 2025 at 1 pm at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd. She will take her final resting place at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 11 am until the time of service at 1.
