Ardis Elaine Mason

Mrs. Ardis Elaine Mason, née Wiedewitsch, wife, mother, grandmother and dear friend to all, entered the world on December 8, 1940 and departed it on August 6, 2019. Born in Little Falls, MN., her life was filled with an infectious joy and kindness to all those she surrounded herself with.

She is survived by her cherished husband of 39 years, Henry Mason and much loved mother to Erik Pender (Becky), Todd Mason (Wilma), Tracey Pender (Buddy), Tammy Tomes (David) and Tim Mason.

Adored grandmother to Ausdin Pender (Sydney), Megan Tomes, Ben Pender, Gregory Tomes (Alecia), Hunter Mason, Max Pender, Aubrey Link, Ella Pender, Elena Pender, Mason Pender and treasured great grandmother to Grayson Tomes.

Beloved daughter of Alice & Edward Wiedewitsch, sister to Richard Wiedewitsch (Renate), Jerry Wiedewitsch (Paula) and Keith Wiedewitsch (Sandy).

In life, she believed in the power of prayer, spreading love and kind words and living life to its fullest by enjoying things as varied as international travel to life on the farm and supporting charities that were dear to her heart.

She always embraced her family and friends with a great love and encouraging words, which made each person in her circle feel extremely special.

She was greatly loved and will be missed by all. As a tribute to her, hug someone you love and let them know how much they mean to you. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to a charity of your choice.
