She was born September 20, 1941 to Dale and Ethel Breeden and retired teacher for Faith Temple and Northside Christian Schools.
Mrs. Jessee is survived by her sons, Charles Jessee (Jana) and John B. Jessee Jr. (Sara); three daughters, Gayle Fenton (John), Sharron Neuling (Robert) and Penny Polston (Steven); 24 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and a brother, David Breeden (Loretta).
Mrs. Jessee was preceded in rest by her husband, John Jessee, Sr.; a daughter, Joanna Sterk; granddaughter, Sharon Michelle Davis, and great-granddaughter, Emilia Fenton.
Her services will be on Thursday at 11am at the Shawnee Baptist Church, 2214 Bank Street, with private interment to follow. Visitation will be at the church from 9am until the time of service.
