Born in Schenectady, New York on Thursday, March 2, 1939 to parents, Walter B. Maxwell & Madeline Carroll. She was a retired Graphic Designer. Barbara was Catholic by faith and a former member of St. Rita Catholic Church.
Besides her parents, Walter B. & Madeline Maxwell; her siblings, Eileen Kranz, Eleanor Kirschner & Richard Maxwell precede Barbara in her passing.
Left to cherish her memory are several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be no public services. After her cremation, Barbara's ashes will be spread in the Atlantic Ocean in a private scattering ceremony.
