Bernice Mae Greene Jackson passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 91. She was retired from Louisville Manufacturing Company and was a member of Hikes Point Christian Church and Pride of Kentucky Sweet Adelines. She had a passion for music, travel, sewing, puzzles, and time with her family.
Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Jackson; and her son, Kenneth Orr. She is survived by her son, Larry Orr(Marsha); daughter, Carol Forbis(Ed); daughter-in-law, Lisa Orr; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2pm Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 11am-2pm Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at the funeral home.
