Hartley, Betty George 68 passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on February 26, 2014. Betty leaves behind to cherish her memory her children Ray Fulcher (Suzy), Deborah Carrier, Joseph Fulcher and Sgt. Charles T. Hartley, grandchildren Lisa Fulcher, Casey McAllister, Alexis Young, Cole Hawes, Erica Ash, Carl Ash and Eric Abell and great granddaughter Andrea McAllister. She is also survived by her sister Jean McQuillin. A memorial service to honor the life of Betty will be held Monday 12pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home 3601 Taylor Blvd. The family will receive guests starting at 10am until the start of the service.
