She was a member of O.C.C and former employee of Patrick O’Shea. Britt was involved in many Special Olympics sports and she loved to swim and dance. She never met a strange greeted everyone beautiful smile and a positive, can do spirit.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Patricia Higdon, care take extraordinary “Dr.” Robert English, sisters, Tonya Coy (Kent) and Monica LaCroix (Jimmy) and many aunts , uncles, nieces and nephews, whom she adored.
Britt was preceded in death by her father, James L. Higdon.
A Celebration of Brittany’s Life will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road.
Visitation is Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 3 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home, and Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 12 p.m. until time of service
