Born to the late Carmon and Yetive Kelsey, Jeanne is also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronnie Barrow, and her sister Janet Baxter.
Here to carry on her memory are her children, Dawn Barrow (Dusty) and Ronda Yates (David); her grandchildren, Matthew, Kelsey (TJ), Brandon, and Madison; her brother Jerry Kelsey (Nancy); and a host of extended family and friends.
The family would like to extend their extreme gratitude to Jennie, Amanda, Brittney, Jeniece, Kim, Brian, and Aundaria and the rest of the staff at the Lantern at Morning Pointe facility for their kindness and care.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville KY 40218, with a memorial service in Jeanne's honor to follow at 2:00 PM. Jeanne will be buried in Resthaven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
