CAREY, CAROL ANN, 68, of Louisville, entered into rest on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
She was a retired operator for Bellsouth and a member of Parkland Baptist Church.
Mrs. Carey is survived by several cousins.
Her committal service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, with interment following in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:30am until 1:30 pm at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8519 Preston.
