Cathy Ann Dolan Ketterer

Cathy was born on January 22, 1949 in Louisville, to the late, Kenneth and LaNelda Dolan. She was a retired X-Ray Technician and was the family genealogist. She was a loving wife, mom, and grandmother; family was very important to her, you can see a glimpse of that love in the quotes below.

Here to carry on her memory are her, Husband, Rick, “We danced ourselves into a love affair and through 38 years of marriage….our love story will last forever”. Her daughter, Erin, “She was always there for me. She understood me better than anyone, even myself. She was my muse and my teacher. Cathy is also survived by her brother, David Dolan (Martha); cousins, Charlie Ernst (Sally), Steve Ernst (Sharon), Tim Ernst (Cathy), Ted Ernst and Nancy Jones (Dale); along with, 10 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place from 5-8 p.m. Friday, January 6, 2017 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. The service will take place Saturday at the funeral home at 12 p.m., with a private entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
