He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Roberta Duke of Edmonton, KY; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 63 years, Virginia "Marie" Duke; one daughter, Patricia Ann Rawlings; 3 grandsons, Mike Rawlings, Lee Rawlings (April) and Patrick Adam Rawlings; one great-grandson; 3 great-granddaughters; 2 nieces; and one nephew.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Westport Place, Hall 3 for all of their care and support.
A celebration of life service will be Friday at Evergreen Dignity Chapel at 10am. Visitation will be Thursday from 2pm-8pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Duke can be directed to Kosair Children's Hospital or the Kentucky Humane Society.
