He was a dedicated Ford employee for over 38 years. Loved to play softball and once pitched a perfect game. He Loved everyone he met. He Loved and missed his Wife Patricia so much. He love and helped many People. Peaches his Cat and Bless his Pets were his Buddies also. He Loved Ms. Pam who helped him a lot around Wagners Restaurant.
Charles is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Works and his brothers, Thomas Works, Brent Works.
He is survived by his sons, Charles Patrick Works and Derek Bryan Works. Grandchildren, Bryan Works, Kimberly Kieffer, Mercedez Goodin, Lauren Bowling, Destiny Penick, and Christopher Martinez. Siblings, Ronald Works, Peggy Roney and Mary Marr. Also 5 great-grandchildren.
Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 11-2 pm on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218 with funeral to follow at 2pm in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum.
