Cheyenne Rose Carpenter

Cheyenne Rose Hutchison Carpenter, age 29, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on September 7, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Born on February 26, 1996, she was the beloved daughter of Roger Nolan Hutchison, Jr. and Saundra Lynn (Spaulding) Mattingly.

Cheyenne was a radiant spirit whose warmth touched the lives of everyone she met. She was preceded in death by her father, Roger, and her grandfathers, Ricky Clark and Deral Spaulding. Her absence is felt deeply by her family and friends, who will forever remember her vibrant personality and kind heart.

As a loving wife, daughter, sister, and granddaughter, Cheyenne's life was filled with devotion to her family. She co-owned Mow Better Lawnscapes with her husband, Mason Carpenter, where they shared not only a business but a beautiful partnership built on love and mutual respect. Together, they created a life filled with joy and adventure.

Cheyenne is survived by her husband, Mason; her mother, Saundra Lynn (Spaulding) Mattingly (Houston); her siblings, Randi Herth (Matthew), Anthony Martin (Emily), and Skylar Hutchison (Adony); her step-siblings, Austin and McKinley Mattingly; and her two precious nieces, Paislee and Lilah. She is also survived by her loving grandparents, Carolyn Clark, Cathy Spaulding, and her Oma, Gisela Becker in Germany; her aunt, Rebecca Spaulding and uncles, Eric and Erin Perry, Robert and Phillip Clark, along with a host of extended family and close friends who will carry her memory in their hearts.

A memorial service to honor Cheyenne's life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, located at 7410 Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40222.
