

Born in Wax, Kentucky on January 21, 1947, Cyril was the son of the lates’ Claude Nicholas Bradley & Edna Frances Fenwick. Cyril served his nation during the Vietnam War, a member of Company D 2nd Battalion USAMedTC, 4th US Army. He served as a Medical Corpsman and First Aid Attendant and was an expert with a rifle having attended the Medical Corpsman Course at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Cyril was a member of the Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church. He had a passion for cars, going on walks, and fishing, spending the majority of his time on Nolin Lake. He worked for Continental Air Filter as a welder and then retired from Smith’s Furniture as a Warehouseman.
His parents, Claude Nicholas & Edna Frances Bradley; wife of 46 years, Patricia Ann Bradley; sister, Elsie Christine Grant; and infant sister, Maritia Bradley, precede Cyril in his passing.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Stephanie (Ron) Petersen; grandchildren, Christopher (Layne) Lambert & Emily Hartgrove: great – grandchildren, Madelyn Patricia Hartgrove & Peter Mitchell Lambert: & brother, John Lester Clemons; plus, a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church in Fairdale. Burial will be private in the Garden of Angels of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums, where he will rest alongside his wife, Patricia Ann. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Home.
