Danny Ray Frost, 61, died Friday, June 24, 2016. He was born February 9, 1955 in Louisville. He served in the US Navy during Vietnam on the USS Saratoga and was an elevator mechanic and member of Local 20 in Louisville.
He is preceded in death by his father, Doris E. Frost.
He is survived by his mother, Joy Sue (Pitt) Sanders; children, Dana Gipson (Brian) and Daniel Frost; grandchildren, Erica and Cody Gipson; girlfriend, Janie Williams; and siblings, Glenda Bunch, Brenda Foster, and Marc Sanders.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday and after 9:00 am Tuesday at Arch L. Heady and Son Southern Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3701 Taylor Blvd. His Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Tuesday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central.
