He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen (Neal) Frank; and brother, James Frank.
David is survived by his sons, David Frank (Tammy) and James Frank (Amanda); grandchildren, Hannah Jo Frank, Emma Lynn Frank, Cambri Lee Frank, Harper Mae Frank and Hailey Rose Frank; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 1 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday, July 1, 2024 from 4 pm until 8 pm and on Tuesday from 12 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
