DAVID E. SMITH, 59, of Louisville, passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
He was retired from Phillip Morris.
Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years Joy Mefford Smith; sons, Gerald, David and Justin Smith; brother, Gene Scoggins; sisters, Betty Terry, Donna Jones and Rose Elzey; and special caregiver, Maria Click.
His funeral service will be noon Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial: Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation: Monday, 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
