Deanna Lynn Fields, age 69 passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. She was born to the late John and Anna Perkins on September 28, 1955. Deanna loved her family, shopping, going out to eat, watching soap operas and old western movies.
Deanna is preceded in death by her husband; Roger Fields, parents; John and Anna Perkins, and brother; Kenny Perkins.
Left to cherish Deanna's memory are her children; Melissa Buster (Scott) and Stacie Wilkerson, grandchildren; Ashley Cox and Cameron Wilkerson, great-grandchildren; Austin and Annason, brother; Randall Perkins, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A visitation for Deanna will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40213, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Deanna will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
