Barbara Steinrock passed away Thursday evening, February 23, 2012. She was born May 1, 1924, to the late Ferdinand H. and Catherine Wissing Kruse. She was a homemaker, and CFO of Albert Steinrock Roofing Inc., a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, and a member of the German Club. She was preceded by her loving husband, Albert, and her brother Charles.
She is survived by her 7 loving children; Sandy Lloyd, Michael Steinrock, Sally Steinrock, Jeff Steinrock, Todd Steinrock, Marsha Stonefield and Greg Steinrock, her 11 grandchildren, her 3 sisters; Mary Reed, Jess Ross, and Joan Lawson, and brother; James Kruse, and her extended loving family.
A Funeral Mass celebrating Barbara’s life will be held at 10:00 AM Monday at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 7813 Shelbyville Road, with interment at St. Michael Cemetery. Friends and family may visit Sunday 3-6 PM at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road, and after 9:00 AM Monday at her church.
