He was born November 1, 1941 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Edward J. and Kathleen (Connelly) Kujawa. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Harriet H. Kujawa and one aunt.
Ed worked for UPS for many years and was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. He was also an avid golfer.
Survivors include his sister, Mary Kay Kujawa; sisters-in-law, Alice Tripas (Jim) and Lorraine Marrese (Barbara Luckett); a brother-in-law, Art Rutshaw (Karen Patterson); one aunt, Rita Lewis; his very close friend, Deborah Moessinger; and several nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives in Minnesota and Chicago.
Memorial visitation will be held from 2-5 PM on Friday, June 10, 2022 with a Memorial Service to follow at 5:00 PM at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. Burial will take place privately at Calvary Cemetery.
