Eleanor was retired from the American Red Cross, a graduate of Durrett High School and Bellarmine University.
Eleanor was the youngest of 6 children, all born in Evergreen Cemetery to Clara Mattingly and Mr. Kenny who worked at the Cemetery for over 50 years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Holehan; sisters, Dorothy Rudolph, Laverne Pilato and Joan Miller; brothers, Melvin and Wilfie Mattingly.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Steven Holehan; daughter, Donna Tatum(Doug); grandchildren, Elaine and Nicholas Holehan; great-grandchild, Liliana Holehan; and Godchildren, Jody McDonald(Richard) and Janie Brown (Keenan).
Her visitation will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home on Friday June 15, 2018 from 2-8pm, Saturday June 16, 2018 from 10am-12pm, the graveside services will be held on Saturday June 16, 2018 at 12pm at Evergreen Cemetery.
