She was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Roy and Ambie "Sis" Carroll on December 19, 1943. Betty Sue enjoyed drawing, ceramics, crafts of all kinds and camping with family and friends. She loved working at Wick and Sticks and decorating with candles in her home. Her house always smelled so good. She had a deep soft spot in her heart for animals, including her many dogs, especially Pooh Bear and her amazon parrot, Tasha. Sue made sure her pets got their treats, especially french fries for Tasha. Sue cherished her grandkids. "Grammy" loved caring for them, playing games, dressing up and especially shopping with them. She was a fashionista who loved putting outfits together for her clients at Dillards. Betty Sue retired from the Sears Call Center.
