He was born to the late Geraldine Singleton and Frank Foster in March of 1950. His brother, Woodrow Singleton, Jr., also preceded him in passing.
Moe attended Butler High School. He was a published author, owner of Moe's Fabulous Finds. Worked for Joe's Catering and was a manager of Williams Food Services. Moe was most proud of his family, his wife, and being a friend of Bill W. for over 32 years.
Here to carry on his memory is his wife of 24 years, Cindy Foster, children; Dale Foster (Shannon), Deanna Foster, and Nathan Foster (Deborah), nine grandchildren; Scott (Kalynn), Austin, Samantha, Hayley, Chelsey, Amber, Whitney, Sian, and Zoe. Five great-grandchildren; Abigail, Sunday, Maddex, Nova, and Penelope, two brothers, Danny Singleton and Alan Singleton and sister, Debbie Carta.
A visitation for Moe will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218. Visitation will resume on Friday, March 1st from 10-12pm at the funeral home. A Celebration of Moe's Life will start in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at resthaven Funeral Home. Moe will be laid to rest within Resthaven memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Moe's honor to Hosparus and American Brain Tumor Association.
