Gene, I know you loss is great, but God gained an Angel.  She was so kind to our Mother and I loved receiving her cards at Christmas.

Ruth was a very lovely lady.  Gracious and kind to everyone.  She will truly be missed by every one who knew her.

Aunt Ruth was an exceptional woman with a huge heart and a ready laugh.  I have many happy memories at her house from when I was about 7 years old to now.  I loved going there because her house was like a castle with many rooms and every one of them filled with family memories, ghost stories told and interesting things.  Never at a loss for words even when she was on a ventilator in my unit last year writing Uncle Gene notes of what not to forget to do at home!!  If family were sick or in trouble she was the first to lend a helping hand or a comforting hug.  I will really miss her laugh and her smile.

I know her as Sis Cassell. Our Family  " James Pierce" went to church with the Cassell Family. A woman of Great Faith, Loved the Lord with all her Heart, Faithfull to the house of God, lived a Holy Life. We Loved her every much. We remember Jessie and Mark. I myself was a very good friend of Jessie. At a christmas program one time all the children carried candles, I caught Jessie hair a fire. It wasn't funny but we did laugh. Timmy use to get spankings in church all the time, never failed. We Love the Cassell Family, she will be missed. But she is at home now. Many saints are there and she is having fun. Prayers for the family.

Aunt Ruth  was such a loving and caring person.  Always helping someone.  She and Uncle are very special people.  Will miss her greatly.

aunt ruth was the happest person i knew. She was always smiling. Its going to be hard without you. Uncle Gene and the rest of the family your in my prayers. We will all be united again.

Ms. Ruth has always been like family to me. She never failed to send us Christmas cards with little notes in them telling me all about what was going on in her life.  She was a very Godly lady as well that shared her faith with many. She will be missed. We are so sorry that we will not be there for her funeral services.  I know she is rejoicing with Jessie for sure today and in no pain. Our condolences, Butch & Twonana

No words can express my sorry to Uncle Gene, Timmy and All the Family.  You are in my Prayers and have been for quite some time.  Aunt Ruth was an AWESOME LADY.  She will never be forgotten.  She now rest in the arms of Jesus and rejoicing with Mark & Jessica.  My Love to all of you.

Aunt Ruth was a rare treasure beautiful in heart and compassionate in soul. My life was enriched by her kindness. Our family extends our condolences to Uncle Gene and his family. God bless and encourage your hearts knowing we will all be reunited again .
