Frank was a dedicated professional, having been the owner of MACCO Electric, a union shop. He was a proud member of the IBEW Local 369 and NECA, contributing significantly to his field.
In addition to his career, Frank was an active volunteer for the Special Olympics, Day Spring, and the St. Athanasius Booster Club. He enjoyed University of Kentucky sports, NASCAR, and could often be found tinkering in his shop.
Frank is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Cusick, his sister Alice Hans (Thomas), his daughter Cindy Cusick, and his son Rick Cusick (Meranda). He also leaves behind two grandsons, Justin Cusick and Cameron Cusick. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Cusick Sr. and Corine Wheatley Cusick, along with his sister, Betty Guenthner, and his brother, Jody Cusick.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial visitation will be held at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, located at 3601 Taylor Blvd, on November 21, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
