Survivors include his children Robert Wood Free and Janet Grise (Thomas Mac Grise Jr.) his sister Rena Byers, and his 2 grandchildren Natalie K. Grise and Thomas Mack "Trey" Grise III.
A service to honor the life of G W will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, 2014 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road. Interment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. on Thursday.
In lieu of customary expressions of sympathy the family has requested memorial gifts to Westport Road Church of Christ or Wesley Manor Nursing Center.
