Gary A. Rich, 75, of Evansville, IN, passed away after a brief illness on Monday, November 22, 2010 at Deaconess Hospital. He was a native of Louisville, a retired salesman and a veteran with the U.S. Marine Corp. He loved the racetrack, fishing, tennis, and softball in his earlier years.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Rich.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Anne C. Rich, children, Greg Rich (Susan), Beth Skyles; step-son, Sam Leeper; grandchildren, Jessica, Katelyn, Erick and Jason, along with five great-grandchildren.
His Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
