She was a retired food services worker for Hazelwood Hospital.
She was preceded in death by husband Clarence Metz Sr. and a granddaughter Lisa Metz.
She is survived by her sons, David Metz Sr. (Millie) and Bill Metz (Anna): grandchildren, Kathy Metz, David Metz Jr., Dr. Michael Metz, and Amy Smith, and 11 Great Grandchildren.
Her funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Friday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home 7710 Dixie Hwy with interment in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 noon until 8:00pm.
