George William Woods, 88, of Louisville passed away July 13, 2014 at his home. He was born on February 1, 1926 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late James Woods and Mayme Barnett Woods. He was an Airplane Mechanic and was a Veteran in the United States Army serving during World War II.
Mr. Woods is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Woods requested no services with private burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are entrusted to Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218.
