Born May 6, 1932 in Irvine, KY, Glynna has lived in Estill County most of her life.
She spent her entire career teaching until her retirement as Asst. Professor of Home Economics at Eastern Kentucky University.
Glynna enjoyed cooking, gardening and traveling with her sister.
She was a member of Alpha Delta Kappa, the Four Seasons Garden Club and a life-long member of Williams Memorial Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, A. D. Noland, parents Joe Hays, Sr. and Delilah Coburn Hays. Brothers, Elvin Hays and Joe Hays, Jr. Sisters, Lois Winkler, Lucy Brueck and Mary Kathryn Hays.
Glynna is survived by a Step-daughter, Cindy Callahan (Danny), Nephew, Randy Hays (Frances), Niece, Susan Boroughs (Mark), Step-Grandson, Daniel Callahan, Great Nephews Robert Hays (Melinda) and William Hays (Ming), five Great Great Nephews and two Great Great Nieces.
