He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jonathan; and daughter-in-law, Carol V. Taylor. Tom was a loving husband for 58 years to his wife Norma Ruth Taylor. He is survived by his children, Vicki James, Tommy Taylor and Mike Taylor (Bette); grandchildren Noah and Mikah Taylor; sisters-in-law, Wanelta Taylor, Dot King, Connie Morris (Wayne) and Jodi Graham; cousins, Jan Philpott (Ken), Billy Woods and Howard Woods; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Tom was one to go out of his way to help a friend or family member in need. He was very well loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
A service honoring the life of Tom will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home and will resume Saturday at noon until the start of the funeral.
