

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Garnetta (Weedman) Nash, and their son, Larry Haskell Nash, grand-daughter Jennifer Lynn Nash and sister Hazel Nelson.
Survivors include daughter Linda Arnett (William), loving daughter-in-law Judy Nash, son Leonard Nash (Linda Kay), and daughter Leta N. Weedman; his 8 grand-children: Carol Davis, Michael Nash, Derrick Arnett, Daniel Nash, Tamara Connor, Marc Nash, David Nash, Melissa Normand, 14 great grand-children; a brother Gordon Nash and a sister Mary Vincent.
Haskell served in WWII for the US Army in the South Pacific. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Haskell was a life-long hunter, a farmer and enjoyed spending time with family at Rough River Lake. He retired from Reynolds Metals in 1987 and was a member of Pilgrim Masonic Lodge in Grayson County Kentucky for over 50 years.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 11 from 2-8 pm with a Masonic ceremony at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus.
