Isaac was preceded in death by his parents, Elvin and Beulah Norton; grandparents, Isaac and Lucy Norton, and Basil and Bertha Dowell; and sisters, Bernice Basham and Nancy Roberts.
Left to cherish his memory is his friend, Nancy Sanders; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 10 am at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, IN. Visitation will be Friday from 1:30 pm-6 pm at the funeral home.
