James "Jimmy" Wade Hudson, 65, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. He was born in Ary, Kentucky to the late Romas and Jo Ann Hudson on May 25, 1960. Jimmy was a huge UofL fan, enjoyed playing golf - especially at the Cardinal Club - and was an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Terri Lynn Junk.
Left to cherish Jimmy's memory are his sons, Joe Hudson and James Higbee; sister, Patty Chambers (Pat); nieces, Amanda Arms (Mark), Linzy Guy (Brian); nephew, Hunter Chambers (Megan); several extended family members and great friends.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home - Okolona Chapel, 8519 Preston Hwy, 40219 on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Arrangements are under the direction of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home - Okolona Home, "Where Personal And Sincere Service Is Tradition."
