Jim was an avid pilot in his early years and loved golf and boating. Jim retired as a HVAC technician from Jefferson County Public Schools.
Jim is preceded in death by his spouse, Deborah J. Luckett and parents Howard and Vera Luckett.
He is survived by his two stepdaughters, Megan Craddock (John) and Jennifer Willinger (Matt), siblings Richard Luckett (Kim) and Merry Luckett. As well as grandchildren Rilon, Lucas, Emma, Cora, and Reese and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 12PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery Pavilion. 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218.
