James is preceded in death by his wife, Janet J. Miller; sisters, Ann P. Miller Sims and Becky Miller; brother, Marcellous Miller; and stepmother, Loretta Miller.
James is survived by his children, Kelle Farris and Paige Skelton; grandchildren, Bryan Osborne and Lauren Farris; great-grandchildren, Devyn, Chandler, and Klayton and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A visitation for James will be held Monday, July 15, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home. James will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
