PENNER, JAMES PAUL, 59, of Louisville, passed away at his residence on Monday, September 10, 2012 after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a retired welder at Jeff Boat. James loved playing his drums and riding his Harley. He will be remembered as a good man, a great friend and a loving father. James was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Penner. He is survived by his son, Jimmy Penner; his mother, Alma Moore; and a brother, Eddie Penner. A committal service will be 10 a.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Faith at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum, with entombment to follow. The family will celebrate James' life with a visitation from 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Southern Chapel of Arch L.
