SPALDING, JAMES H., 76, of South Louisville, passed from this life on Friday, January 13, 2012 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force having served in Vietnam and the U.S.P.S., a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, DAV, and VFW Post #2921. He was preceded in death by a son, James Alan Spalding.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years the former Evelyn Smith; a daughter, Mary Cannon; sister, Cecelia Grash; three grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Cremation was chosen.
