James was the most respectful, kindhearted, chivalrous man who believed in traditional values. He took care of and provided for his family. He taught his children the value and knowledge of being self-sufficient. He was an extremely hard worker, who was a jack of all trades, building and creating. He also loved the outdoors, and being in nature, an avid hunter, which he taught his children to do and love as well. He was a devoted family man, who cared and loved his family deeply. He loved and cared for his wife and took care of her during a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. He was always the ultimate example of love, patience and compassion.
