Norma Jean Steimer Bach, 80, of Louisville, KY passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016. She was born in Erie PA to the late Clarence and Marie Steimer. She retired after 30 yrs. from General Electric and was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church. Jean was preceded in death by a grandson Nathan Samuel Bach and sister; Shirley Betts. Left to cherish her memory are her children; Laurie Griffin(Ron) and Sam Bach(Melissa), grandchildren; Jacob Griffin, Clara and Jack Bach, sister; Marilyn Steimer, niece; Kathy Betts, nephew; Derek Betts, and a host of many dear friends. The family would like to express their gratitude for the care Jean received from the staff of The Good Samaritan Society. A Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 11am EST. in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, KY 40219 with burial to follow at St. Louis Cemetery in Henderson, KY at 3pm CST. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8pm at the funeral home.
