Jerry "Buck" Rogers

Jerry “Buck" Rogers, 64, Louisville, KY left for his eternal home on May 27, 2021. He was a loving husband, father, papa, son, brother, uncle and friend. He worked with amazing people throughout his life that became an extended family at Bostik (Findley) in Riverport, and retired after 32 years of service. He was a family man and put everyone and their needs before his own. He was full of love and wisdom for all. He was known as Uncle Buck or dad from all. He was married to his wife just shy of 40 years and loved her dearly. He had a life full of love.

He was proceeded in death by his loving mother, Gertie Rogers; and his sister, Sharon Rogers.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Rogers; his daughters, Jennifer (Josh) and Brittany (John); his grandchildren, Kylie, Bryson, Briley and Gunner; his brothers, Mitchell “Butch" Rogers (Lea) and Joe Rogers (Linda); and his loving nephews and niece, Joey, Jimmy, Jerry, Adam and Amy. He left many other family and friends to remember him. He will forever be missed and loved by all.

The Funeral Service is Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 12:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with visitation on Tuesday from 2:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
