Jerry Caroline Lee, 76, of Radcliff passed away on Wednesday April 21, 2021. She was born on June 26, 1944 to the late William Floyd and Nancy (Adams) Frazier. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Catherine Sampley (Shawn), Lloyd Lee, Nancy Carol Coward, and John Lee; siblings, Stella, Floyd, Michael, Connie and Joanna; 6 grandchildren, Destiny, Williiam Luke, Joshua, Crystal, and Matthew; and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 5 pm on Sunday April 25, 2021 in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow. Visitation will begin at 2 pm on Sunday until the time of service at 5. Please leave a condolence for the family.
