Jesse was born on May 23, 1985 in Louisville, KY to Michael Schaefer and Sandra Schaefer.
He had a love for body art and tattoos. He was an avid U of L Basketball Fan and Cincinnati Bengals Fan. Jesse loved, fishing, traveling and spending time at the beach; in his younger years he always enjoyed ice skating.
Jesse is survived by his father, Michael Schaefer; mother, Sandra Schaefer; daughter, Jazmyn Schaefer; brother, John Schaefer (Toni); nephew, John Paul Schaefer; uncles, Tom Schaefer, William, Kenneth and Troy Lambert (Kris); aunt, Carolyn Kopp and many loving cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218), with a service to honor the life of Jesse to follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Jesse will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park.
