He is survived by his loving wife of almost 50 years, Wanda Petty Dilley, his 2 sons, Scott Dilley and Mike Hatton. His siblings Marty, Darlene, and Randall.
Services to celebrate Jim’s life will be held at 6 pm Monday in the chapel of Arch L Heady Russman & Sons, 1201 E. Oak, with private burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be after 1 pm Monday.
